The 27-year-old announced the news on social media on Sunday as he enjoys a holiday before the start of the new La Liga season with Madrid. Posting a picture of him and his partner, Bale wrote: 'She said yes!! This is a birthday weekend I won't forget for a long time. Celebrated with all our closest family and friends.'
