Matthew 14:28-29 KJV
“And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.”
No one can really practice faith without being audacious. The mere talk of faith is radical in itself. People of faith are usually rugged, audacious and blind to obstacles. When God sees such men or women He rises in excitement to action for the delivery of results.
There were many men in that boat that day when Jesus was sighted walking on the sea, but only one person was audacious enough to request for an invitation to walk with him on the water. Beloved, the world is ruled and governed by audacious people, and until you put on that audacious spirit you will end up in the background of life for nothing. There is a lot God has to give, but they belong to daring people. People, who are not afraid to take risks, people who are ready to take God by His word, no matter the cost.
If your dreams for 2016 are to become a reality, then you must become bold and audacious. All Jesus said to Peter was "come". And Peter stepped out on the water. There are many that God had given too many "comes", but who lack the boldness to take the first step. Let me counsel you to take that first step today. All the audacity you need to display is in that first step. Until you take your first step you may never realize your potentials in God. Today Peter is the only mortal recorded to have walked on water with the master Himself. Receive grace to take that step and move into your inheritance in God in Jesus Name.
