“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of our mind…”(Romans 12:2)
God has a purpose for creating you and that purpose is His perfect will for your life.
Don’t desire anything less than God’s perfect will. The power to get it is in how much of the word of God you have in you. The battle takes place in your mind.
When you are faced with temptations, you usually hear different voices/suggestions. God speaks to our minds. Our senses also speak to our minds and the devil also speaks to our minds. The battle begins in our minds. If you can win the battle in your mind, you can win the battle of life.
God’s best for your life is hidden in your ability to believe the word of God in your mind no matter how unnatural it sounds. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end” (Jer. 29:11). If in God’s mind, He sees you having peace and an expected end, and you think the same thoughts with God thereby upholding His will, no devil or human being can stop you from getting what you want and having that peace that you so much crave for.
