“And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.” Genesis 2:15.
One of the major targets of God’s blessings on man is the work of his hands. Blessing is the first thing God gave to man. No man can succeed in life, ministry, marriage, etc. without the blessing. Man was meant to work in a blessed environment. The blessing is the supernatural activator and sponsor of the defence against devourers and destroyers. I bless the work of your hands in Jesus’ name.
In Genesis 26:12, the Bible says “Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the Lord blessed him.” Beloved, the blessing of God is what sponsors harvest in the midst of famine. To work without the blessing of God is to end up in scarcity.
Let us consider how to activate the blessing on the work of your hands.
The Memorial of first fruits. “And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering” (Genesis 4:4). People who last in heaven’s economy arrangement put God first.
The Covenant of the tithes. “Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year” (Deuteronomy 14:22). To enjoy God’s blessing on your work, you must truly tithe all your income.
Access and continual appearance in God’s presence. “And it came to pass, that on the morrow Moses went into the tabernacle of witness; and, behold, the rod of Aaron for the house of Levi was budded, and brought for buds, and bloomed blossoms, and yielded almonds” (Numbers 17:8). Continuous appearance in God’s presence attracts God’s blessing.
Deployment of Kingdom Service. “And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread and thy water; …” (Exodus 23:25). You can’t serve God and the work of your hands are not blessed.
Beloved, God’s will for you is for you to enjoy his blessing in the work of your hands not curses and suffering. Rise up and serve God tirelessly and his blessing will come upon your work. I bless the work of your hands in Jesus’ name.
